A Thread of Return

Founded in 2018, We Are All first moved quietly through Uganda, listening, learning, walking at the pace of trust. In time, we were called deeper into Northern Kenya, where ancient wisdom, rising waters, and community resilience shape the heartbeat of our work today.

We are not outsiders. We walk beside, not ahead. We go where others don’t. We stay when the cameras leave.

Our work weaves three threads: Education. Disaster Relief. Women. Each offering is born of relationship, not rescue. Carried by care. Held in reverence.

This is not charity. It’s a return to what still lives beneath it all. A remembering. A way of belonging.
